Main Purpose As an Employability Trainer, you will play a crucial role in empowering our students to develop the skills and confidence necessary to excel in the workplace. You will have the opportunity to work both on-site and offsite within the community, fostering valuable connections with our referral partners. * Deliver consistently good or better teaching sessions, incorporating an effective range of learning strategies and technologies that enable outstanding learning outcomes * Design, develop and maintain teaching resources to ensure the best experience for the learners. * Maintain safe working practices and a safe environment for the learners Responsibilities * Co-ordinate employability skills programme delivery for a rolling caseload of students in a wide range of sector specific programmes. Such as, Business Administration, Customer Service, Hospitality, Adult Social Care, Digital Skills etc. * Provide recruitment and selection support to build your caseload of students * Provide both academic and pastoral support to students, working with them to raise their ambition and aspiration, ensuring they realise their full potential. * Undertake all aspects of student assessment including initial assessments, internal verification and liaison with external verifiers and awarding bodies as required. * Comply with the college’s maths and English strategy, maintaining your ability to embed both subjects into your teaching practice. * Work with colleagues responsible for student ser
