Production Shift Manager

Our client in Biggleswade has a new opening for a Shift Leader to join them on a Permanent basis. You will be required to work on a rotating shift basis (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday) Your duties will include: Managing approximately 20 members of staff Making sure deliveries are checked and all stock is correct Order goods for department Work with the Production Manager and other shift leader Ensure all machines are functioning correctly. Person specification: Previous experience on running a team within a production environment Manage expectations Have a keen eye for detail. Be aware of 5S health and safety Overtime is available and some flexibility will be required.
