The business are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for someone looking to transition from a field-based role to an office-based position. The successful candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities within the care home sector, engaging with key decision-makers and promoting the company’s innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the care home sector. * Engage with C-Suite decision-makers through outbound calls and meetings. * Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure. * Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. * Contribute to the company's growth targets through effective sales strategies. Requirements * Proven track record in B2B sales. * Experience in developing, growing, and retaining client relationships. * Strong team player with excellent communication skills. * Resilient and driven to achieve ambitious sales targets. * Innovative and proactive with a strategic mindset. * Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. * Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required.
