About the Position: As a Temporary Works Engineer/ Design Engineer, you’ll have a key role in a dynamic team. You should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a design-focused position on UK construction projects and knowledge of temporary works and BS5975. These positions are based at our clients head office in Kent and offer an exciting career opportunity. You’ll have the chance to work on various projects and develop innovative engineering solutions. Your Responsibilities: Dive into a range of exciting projects, applying your expertise to diverse scenarios. Create compelling designs and technical drawings, developing complex solutions making them easily understandable for clients. Ensure flawless planning, design, and implementation of temporary works, embracing the latest software and tools. Conduct site visits, and detailed surveys, and develop innovative solutions for ultimate safety. Provide crucial technical support to colleagues, working independently on multiple projects even under tight deadlines. Champion safety by implementing a robust strategy in line with Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 (CDM2015).
