Key responsibilities for the Customer Services Administrator job role: * Process orders via electronic communication and telephone, ensuring accurate and timely entry onto SAP. * Handle order amendments, cancellations, or substitutions promptly and efficiently. * Ensure correct pricing, including checking minimum order values and carriage charges. * Verify order inputs against original orders and confirm details to customers. * Respond to and act upon all customer queries promptly. * Handle customer complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution for both the customer and the company. Skills and experience required to be successful in the Customer Service Administrator position: * Motivated and organised with a ‘can-do’ approach to work. * Good understanding of computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office packages (SAP experience is advantageous). * Ability to work independently and within a team environment. * High level of accuracy and strong numeracy skill
