This role, initially focused on an Senior to Principal Mechanical designer, is a rounded position within a multi-office Building Services Consultant providing the chance to mentor, develop junior team members, client-focused with fast-tracked progression should you so desire. The Role - * Autonomous leading of projects simultaneously undertaking detailed drawing, design, calculation, specification reporting of Mechanical systems * Ensure all bespoke project requirements are conducted in line with relevant building codes, British Standards and regulation * Putting together specific documentation, technical reports, continual client, fellow professional updating from inception to project handover, completion Requirements - * Possessing relevant Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering degree or further education qualification * Previous background operating within Building Services Consultant, M&E Contractor, similar position * Knowledge of industry recognised Mechanical software such as AutoCAD, Revit, calculation tools Package - * To £65k per annum * 25 days holiday annually, excluding bank holidays * Hybrid working model * Private healthcare Commutable from Birmingham, Stoke On Trent, Derby, Uttoxeter. #seniorengineer #principleengineer #buildingservices #HVAC #designconsultancy #stafford #Midlands
