Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Birmingham, My client is a leading Facilities Maintenance provider and has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Services Multi Skilled Engineer to work on a single man site in central London. * Working Monday - Friday, Split Shifts - 6am - 2pm, 8am - 5pm, 1pm - 10pm Completing PPM and reactive maintenance on a commercial facility, to electrical plant. As the Electrical maintenance engineer your duties will be: * Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance. * Light replacements, emergancy light testing, fire alarm testing, UPS, minor repairs, changing filters on AHU's, and other general building service maintenance duties. * Liaising with end user * Generation and completion of tasks and H&S paperwork What the Electrical maintenance engineer will need to succeed. * The ideal candidate will have experience working in an electrical maintenance role within building services / commercial environment. * The candidate must hold Level 3 Electrical (or equivilent) * Can do attitude, willing to be flexible. * Must be willing to assist end client in other requirements if needed What the Electrical maintenance engineer will get in return. * World class training and development with the opportunity to gain additional qualifications. * Career progression opportunities * A unique and varied working environment offering long term job security If this Electrical maintenance engineer opportunity is of interest please apply now
