Furnished room to let in a two bedroom bungalow. shared with myself (38 year old gentlemen). All bills included wifi. Preferred candidate should be aged between 30-35 (but any ago would do) and is happy to help around the house, including cooking. Groceries and shopping will still be covered from side.
No parties or smoking allowed.
Bathroom is shaved and would appreciate if it is kept clean. Please send an email ([email protected]) first describing your self, when would you expect to move in and for how long. I'll try to get back to you as soon as possible. If you sound like a fit, then we can exchange number and you're welcomed to view the property. I work most of the time and the house is empty especially on the weekend as I travel up north
