Reiki is a powerful healing therapy that channels universal energy to promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. My approach to naturist reiki, involves both of us being without clothing during the session. This practice supports the flow of energy by removing physical and mental barriers that clothing can create. By embracing our natural state, we work with natural energies more directly, allowing for a deeper, unimpeded connection and facilitating a sense of openness from the start.

What to Expect:

Upon arrival, we will prepare together by undressing, fostering a sense of openness and effective energy flow. There is nothing wrong or illegal about being without clothing; it is, after all, how we come into the world. Rest assured, all sessions are conducted with respect for your comfort, are 100% confidential, and are held in a judgment-free environment.

We’ll begin with a brief, personalised conversation about any areas of healing you may wish to focus on, whether they are physical, spiritual, or simply for relaxation. Whatever your intentions, I will ensure your needs are fully met.

When you're ready, you’ll settle onto the therapy bed. I will gently place my hands on or near each chakra point, beginning from the crown of your head and moving downward. Through the soothing power of touch and my guiding voice, you’ll enter a state of deep relaxation, with meditation music and candlelight to create a calming atmosphere. Together, we will work through a guided visualisation to cleanse each chakra, further enhancing your relaxation and releasing any tension or stress, and engaging with healing energies.
