How to verify your Vivastreet ad with our ID verification service

It’s important to remember that in order to be able to use this new feature you will need to have a live ad in the adult categories.

Before you start, make sure you have a:

• passport, driving licence or national ID card
• a device with a camera

If you cannot access these, you can start the process later.

Step 1. Go to the Vivastreet website

Step 6. Select the issuing country of your ID document and then choose the document you are using to verify. That must either be a passport, a driving licence or a national ID card

 

 

Step 7. Follow the instructions on the screen to scan your ID document

 

 

Step 8. Wait for your document to upload

 

 

Step 9. On the next page, click ‘Continue’ to complete the final step of ID verification

 

 

Step 10. Make sure to read the privacy notice, tick the box and click on ‘Continue’

 

 

Step 11. The system will do a quick scan of your face to make sure it matches your uploaded document. Once you’re ready, click on ‘Continue’

 

 

Step 12. Follow the instructions on the screen to scan your face. You might need to move closer or further away from the screen to fit your face into the frame

 

 

Step 13. Once the scan is completed, click on ‘Got it’ on the next page

 

 

Step 14. You will be taken back to your account where you’ll be able to see the results of your verification.
Note: The verification process can take a couple of minutes to complete. If for any reason your verification isn’t successful, a message with instructions on what to do next will be displayed on the screen.
